IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Lowland agricultural flooding in progress. County Road 725 N near Rockford floods. Indiana 258 east of Cortland may flood. On December 8 2014 about an inch of water flowed over Reddington Street near the East Fork White River Bridge as the river crested. ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:45 AM EDT Tuesday the stage was 14.7 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 10:45 AM EDT Tuesday was 16.6 feet. - Forecast...The river will fall below flood stage tomorrow morning to 11.4 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then rise above flood stage late tomorrow evening to 14.4 feet early Thursday afternoon. It will fall to 13.7 feet Friday morning. It will then rise to 14.5 feet Saturday morning. The crest on the East Fork is near Williams, with the stage at Shoals expected to begin falling Friday. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Extensive flooding is in progress. Dillman Road (CR 1000 W) immediately north of Indiana 450 just west of Williams is flooded by as much as 2 feet of water.
