...COLD WIND CHILLS EXPECTED THIS MORNING... Cold temperatures and light winds will cause wind chills to fall to 10 to 20 below zero this morning across the region. Temperatures are not expected to warm up until late this morning. Wind chills this cold can cause frost bite in 30 minutes or less. If you plan on venturing out this morning wear layers, a hat, scart, and mittens or gloves.
