ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms continuing to move across southern Dallas County. Radar estimates up to 1 inch of rain has fallen in the past hour with additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch possible. Some roads and low lying or poor drainage areas will experience minor flooding in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Dallas, Grand Prairie, Mesquite, Desoto, Cedar Hill, Duncanville, Lancaster, Balch Springs, Seagoville, Glenn Heights, Hutchins, Cockrell Hill, Wilmer, Ovilla, Ferris, Combine, Cedar Hill State Park, Sand Branch, Mountain Creek Lake and Joe Pool Lake.
