IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Flooded roads in and near Killbuck include Water Street, County Road 621, State Route 60 south, State Route 520, as well as local low lying roads. ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:00 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 16.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 16.4 feet just after midnight tonight.
