WHEN...Until noon EDT. IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 600 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicate heavy rain has fallen across the warned area. Flooding is ongoing. Between 2.5 and 4.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected this morning. Thunderstorms are possible this afternoon and evening. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
