WHERE...All Lower Texas Coastal Waters including the Laguna Madre. WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 10 PM CDT this evening. For the Gale Warning, until 7 PM CDT Monday. IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
