WHAT...Southwesterly winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 75 mph expected over southwest Montana and up to 85 mph over the plains. WHERE...Portions of central, north central, and southwest Montana. WHEN...From midnight Wednesday Night to 6 PM MDT Thursday. IMPACTS...Damaging winds may blow down trees and power lines. Power outages are possible. Travel could be very difficult to dangerous, especially for high profile or light weight vehicles. Blowing dust or snow could significantly reduce visibility at times. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Those traveling with high profile or light weight vehicles should consider delaying travel or finding an alternate route.
