ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:45 PM EDT Sunday /9:45 PM CDT Sunday/ the stage was 12.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight to a crest of 13.2 feet tomorrow morning.
