Strongest gusts expected south of a Toledo to Youngstown line. WHERE...Portions of north-central and northwest Ohio. WHEN...Until 8 PM EDT this evening. IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for those in high profile vehicles. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Remain in the lower levels of your home during the windstorm, and avoid windows. Watch for falling debris and tree limbs. Use caution if you must drive.

Strong southwesterly to westerly winds, gusting up to 60 to 70 mph, are expected to result in localized plumes of blowing dust through this early evening since soils have dried considerably recently.
