WINDS...From the south-to-southwest, sustained 10 to 20 MPH and gusting at least 25 to 30 MPH. RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 10 to 25 percent, overall-lowest west of Highway 183. IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will spread quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can contribute to extreme fire behavior.
