For the Gale Warning, seas 12 to 14 ft at 11 seconds and southwest winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 40 kt expected. For the second Small Craft Advisory, rough bar conditions expected. IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Ebb current of 1.38 kt at 1149 PM Wednesday with seas 12 to 15 ft. Ebb current of 3.53 kt at 1217 PM Thursday with seas 9 ft. Ebb current of 1.5 kt at 111 AM Friday with seas 7 ft. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
