IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Wilmington, Leland, Oak Island, Carolina Beach, Wrightsville Beach, Kure Beach, Figure Eight Island, Boiling Spring Lakes, St. James, Southport, and Hightsville. This includes the following highways... Interstate 40 near mile marker 416. Interstate 140 between mile markers 15 and 20. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
