WHERE...The nearshore waters of Lake Ontario from Hamlin Beach to the Saint Lawrence River. WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 2 AM EDT Friday. For the Gale Warning, from 5 PM Friday to 2 PM EDT Saturday. IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
