IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1037 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated that heavy rain fell due to thunderstorms. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
