Waters from Savannah GA to Altamaha Sound GA out 60 NM... At 509 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a wind shift, with winds shifting south to west northwest, capable of producing gusts up to 40 knots. This wind shift was located along a line from near Yemassee to over Harris Neck, moving east at 30 mph. Locations impacted include... Hilton Head Island, Tybee Island, Darien, Edisto Beach, Fort Pulaski National Monument, Forest Beach, Folly Field, Hilton Head Airport, Fripp Island and Parris Island.
