RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 15 percent. IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will be capable of spreading rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended. Obey all local burn restrictions and burn bans. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions are either occurring now...or will shortly. A combination of strong winds and low relative humidity will create explosive fire growth potential.

WHERE...A portion of southeast Texas. WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 6 PM CDT this evening. For the Freeze Warning, from 1 AM to 9 AM CDT Tuesday. IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
