RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 15 percent. IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will be capable of spreading rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended. Obey all local burn restrictions and burn bans. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions are either occurring now...or will shortly. A combination of strong winds and low relative humidity will create explosive fire growth potential.

WHAT...For the Wind Advisory, north winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 to 45 mph. For the Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 28 degrees expected. WHERE...A portion of southeast Texas. WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 6 PM CDT this evening. For the Freeze Warning, from 1 AM to 9 AM CDT Tuesday. IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
