For the Gale Warning, south winds 25 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and waves 3 to 6 ft expected. WHERE...Chesapeake Bay from Smith Point to Windmill Point VA and Chesapeake Bay from Windmill Point to New Point Comfort VA. WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 1 PM EDT Monday. For the Gale Warning, from 1 PM Monday to 1 AM EDT Tuesday. IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
