...PATCHY DENSE FOG EARLY THIS MORNING... Patchy dense fog, shallow in depth, will affect the local area early this morning. Visibilities will vary across short distances and will reduce to less than one-half mile at times. It will take until 9 am for the fog to completely disperse across the region. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... If driving and encountering the fog, SLOW DOWN, use your low beam headlights and leave extra braking distance between you and the vehicle ahead in case of a sudden stop.
