WHAT...For the Blowing Dust Advisory, visibility between one-quarter and one mile in blowing dust. For the Wind Advisory, north winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph. WHERE...Portions of southeast New Mexico and western Texas. WHEN...Until 9 PM MDT /10 PM CDT/ this evening. IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to reduced visibility. A sudden gust of wind could drop visibility to near zero instantly. Gusty winds may blow around unsecured ob45jects. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
