AFFECTED AREA...La Salle, McMullen, Live Oak, Bee, Goliad, Victoria, Webb, Duval, Jim Wells, Inland Kleberg, Inland Nueces, Inland San Patricio, Coastal Aransas, Inland Refugio, Inland Calhoun, Coastal Kleberg, Coastal Nueces, Coastal San Patricio, Coastal Refugio and Coastal Calhoun. TIMING...From 10 PM Sunday to 7 PM Monday evening WINDS...North 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph. RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 10 percent. TEMPERATURES...Up to 66. IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions are either occurring now...or will shortly.
