WHERE...Ashland, Bayfield, Douglas, and Iron Counties. This includes the Tribal Lands of the northwestern area of the Lac du Flambeau Band, the Red Cliff Band and the Bad River Reservation. Other locations including the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore and Madeline Island. WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT this afternoon. IMPACTS...Very slippery sidewalks, roads and bridges are possible. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday morning commute. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Slow down and use caution while traveling. Prepare for possible power outages. For the Gale Watch, northeast winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and waves 9 to 14 ft possible. WHERE...Two Harbors to Duluth MN and Duluth MN to Port Wing WI. WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 4 PM CDT this afternoon. For the Gale Watch, from Thursday morning through late Thursday night. IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
