Total snow accumulations up to three inches. Winds gusting 55 to 65 mph, a few gusts to 70 mph possible. WHERE...Portions of southwest and west central Iowa and northeast Nebraska. WHEN...From 7 AM to 9 PM CDT Sunday. IMPACTS...Blowing snow will significantly reduce visibility. Plan on slippery road conditions. Very strong winds may cause damage to trees and isolated to scattered power outages. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... IMPACTS...Very strong winds may cause damage to trees and isolated to scattered power outages. Blowing snow will reduce visibility, down to a quarter-mile or less at times. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Delay travel if possible. If you must travel, use caution on the roads.
