WHERE...Northern Elko, Ruby Mountains and East Humboldt Range in Elko, South Central Elko, and Southeastern Elko Counties. WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 8 PM PDT this evening. For the High Wind Watch, from Saturday morning through Saturday evening. IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are possible.
