Localized totals up to a foot possible near the South Dakota border. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. WHERE...In Minnesota, Wilkin County. In North Dakota, Ransom, Richland, and Sargent Counties. WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT Sunday. IMPACTS...Heavy snow amounts, near blizzard conditions, and significant drifting will make travel dangerous and potentially impossible. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Persons should consider delaying travel. If travel is absolutely necessary, drive with extreme caution. Consider taking a winter storm kit along with you.
