Desoto, Cedar Hill, Duncanville, Lancaster, Waxahachie, Midlothian, Glenn Heights, Red Oak, and Ovilla around 1020 PM CDT. Hutchins around 1025 PM CDT. Balch Springs, Wilmer, and Ferris around 1030 PM CDT. Mesquite, Ennis, Seagoville, and Palmer around 1035 PM CDT.
