For the Gale Warning, southwest winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and seas 8 to 12 ft expected. WHERE...The coastal waters from Ocracoke Inlet to Surf City. WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 10 AM this morning to 10 AM EDT Monday. For the Gale Warning, from 10 AM Monday to 4 AM EDT Tuesday. IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
