Total snow accumulations between 1 and 3 feet possible, except 1 to 2 feet in the Keweenaw. Winds gusts as high as 50 mph expected by late Sunday into Monday, possibly as high as 60 mph in the Keweenaw and by the lakeshore. WHERE...Portions of central Upper and western Upper Michigan. WHEN...From 5 AM Sunday to 2 AM EDT Tuesday. IMPACTS...Whiteout conditions are expected and will make travel treacherous and potentially life-threatening. These hazardous conditions will impact the Monday morning and evening commutes. Strong winds could cause tree damage. ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Power outages are possible due to the strong winds.
