WHAT...For the Dense Fog Advisory, visibility less than one mile in dense fog. For the Wind Advisory, south winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected. WHERE...Portions of southern Connecticut, northeast New Jersey, and southeast New York. WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 11 AM EDT this morning. For the Wind Advisory, from 2 PM this afternoon to 4 AM EDT Tuesday. IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
