Most local roads in the flood plain are impassable at this level. Huron-Williams Road flooded south of Port Williams Road. ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:00 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 12.8 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 7:00 AM EDT Thursday was 12.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.5 feet this afternoon. Additional rainfall of 0.75 to 1.25 inches from this morning through Friday morning was included in the forecast. The initial crest on the East Fork is at Shoals, with an additional lower secondary crest expected at Seymour on Saturday and working its way downriver from there.
