WHERE...Portions of northern Indiana, southwest Michigan, and northwest Ohio. WHEN...Until 8 PM EDT /7 PM CDT/ this evening. IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Avoid windows during the windstorm. Watch for falling debris and tree limbs. Use caution if you must drive.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 3:15 AM EDT Friday the stage was 4.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon to a crest of 5.6 feet this evening.
