For the Small Craft Advisory, northwest winds to 30 kt and significant waves to 6 ft occasionally to 8 ft. WHERE...Wilmette Harbor to Northerly Island, IL. WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 10 PM CDT this evening. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 10 AM Wednesday to 10 AM CDT Thursday. IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Low visibility will make navigation difficult. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions. If you must navigate, proceed with caution. Use proper fog signals.
