WHERE...Portions of eastern, northeastern, and southeastern Massachusetts and northern and southern Rhode Island. WHEN...Until 6 AM EDT Tuesday. IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Remain in the lower levels of your home during the windstorm, and avoid windows. Watch for falling debris and tree limbs. Use caution if you must drive.

IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Flooding will occur along Pioneer Avenue, Bellows Street and Venturi Avenue in Warwick. Some homes are impacted on Avery Road and Wellington Avenue in Cranston. ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:45 PM EDT Monday the stage was 8.0 feet. - Bankfull stage is 9.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight to a crest of 10.5 feet tomorrow evening.
