Waters Strait Of Juan De Fuca, Central U. S. Waters Strait Of Juan De Fuca and East Entrance U. S. Waters Strait Of Juan De Fuca. WHEN...From 2 PM Wednesday to 2 AM PDT Thursday. IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A Gale Warning means winds of 34 to 47 knots are imminent or occurring. Operating a vessel in gale conditions requires experience and properly equipped vessels. It is highly recommended that mariners without the proper experience seek safe harbor prior to the onset of gale conditions.

WHERE...Eastern Strait of Juan de Fuca, Port Townsend Area, and Western Strait of Juan de Fuca. WHEN...From 6 PM Wednesday to 6 AM PDT Thursday. IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A strong westerly push through the Strait of Juan de Fuca will lead to winds capable of gusting to 55 mph between 9PM Wednesday and 2AM Thursday. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high profile vehicles. Secure outdoor objects.
