WHERE...A portion of north central Texas, including the following counties, Collin, Dallas, Denton, Kaufman, Rockwall and Tarrant. WHEN...Until 930 AM CDT. IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Rain gauge reports indicate up to 2 inches of rain have fallen in the past hour. Roads, low lying and/or poor drainage areas will experience minor flooding in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Plano, Garland, Irving, Grand Prairie, Mesquite, McKinney, Carrollton, Frisco, Richardson, Lewisville, Allen, Flower Mound, Mansfield, Rowlett, Euless, Desoto and Bedford.
