WHERE...All Southeast Georgia and Northeast Florida coastal waters from Altamaha Sound GA to Flagler Beach FL out to 60 NM. WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 8 AM this morning to 2 AM EDT Wednesday. For the Gale Watch, from late Tuesday night through late Wednesday night.
