IMPACTS...at 14.0 feet, portions of the TJ Evans bike trail are nearly flooded, without buildings near the Granville Water Plant flooded. ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 3:00 AM EDT Friday the stage was 9.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early this morning to a crest of 14.1 feet this morning. It will then fall below flood stage by afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

WHEN...From this afternoon to early Saturday morning. IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, A few inches of water covers Nathaniel Avenue, Forry Street near the 200 block, the Babe Ruth ball diamonds. Some low-lying areas near Little Texas and Summit Road east of Newark incur minor flooding, as well as Sleepy Hollow Road. ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 6:00 AM EDT Friday the stage was 9.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this afternoon to a crest of 14.5 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage late this evening. - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
