AFFECTED AREA...Fire Weather Zones 051, 052, 053, 054, 055, 056, 057, 058, 059, 060, 067, 075, 076, 078, 079, 201, 202, 203, 204, 205, 206, 261, 262, 263, 264, 265 and 266. WINDS...Northeast 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 30 mph. RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 20 percent. IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can contribute to extreme fire behavior.
