WHEN...From midnight tonight to 10 AM CDT Friday. IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Blowing snow will accompany the high winds dropping visibilities to less than a 1/2 of a mile.
