IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 520 AM EST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... IMPACTS...At 17.9 feet, South portion of Blue Heron Trail in Plainfield Park flooded by two to three feet of water in fishing lake area. ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:30 AM EST Wednesday the stage was 15.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this morning to a crest of 17.7 feet late this afternoon. White Lick Creek at Mooresville. .Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen across central Indiana as of early Wednesday morning. This has led several creeks to rise above flood stage and main stem rivers will follow. Additional rain is in the forecast over the next several days. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
