Winds gusting as high as 50 mph will produce blowing and drifting snow early this morning. WHERE...Monroe, Wayne, Livingston, Ontario, and Allegany Counties. WHEN...Until 4 AM EDT early this morning. IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Gusty winds will down tree branches and cause isolated power outages. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
