WHERE...Box Butte County, Cheyenne County, Dawes County, Morrill County, Northern Sioux County, Scotts Bluff County, and Southern Sioux County. WHEN...Until 3 PM MDT this afternoon. IMPACTS...Mainly to transportation. Strong cross winds will be hazardous to light weight or high profile vehicles, including campers and tractor trailers. ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Areas of blowing dust and/or blowing snow may reduce visibility at times. Expect much colder temperatures and sub-zero wind chills on Sunday morning. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A High Wind Warning means a hazardous high wind event is expected or occurring.
