At 851 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line from near Winnfield to 23 miles south of Montgomery, or along a line from near Winnfield to 26 miles south of Natchitoches, moving east at 45 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and small hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Locations impacted include... Winnfield, Jena, Colfax, Olla, Midway, Urania, Pollock, Dry Prong, Tullos, Georgetown, Rochelle, Zenoria, Williana, Fishville, Bentley, Lake Iatt, Rogers, Nebo, Joyce and Standard. At 844 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a line of strong thunderstorms extending from 11 miles north of Columbia to near Winnfield, moving east at 35 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Columbia, Clarks, Grayson, Dodson, Sikes, Kelly, Spaulding, Vixen, Riverton and Hudson.
