IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions. A sudden onset of strong winds are expected behind the cold front this evening. IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects.
