ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:15 AM EDT Monday the stage was 5.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early this morning to a crest of 6.0 feet just after midnight tonight. Waves 2 to 4 feet building to 3 to 5 feet late this afternoon and evening. Northwest winds at 15 to 25 knots tonight becoming north. Waves 3 to 6 feet building to 5 to 8 feet. North winds diminish to 5 to 15 knots on Tuesday, with waves of 4 to 7 feet subsiding to 2 to 4 feet by late morning. WHERE...Michigan City IN to St Joseph MI.
