Winds gusting as high as 45 mph will produce blowing and drifting snow overnight. WHERE...Monroe, Wayne, Livingston, Ontario, and Allegany Counties. WHEN...From 8 PM this evening to 4 AM EDT Tuesday. IMPACTS...Plan on snow covered and slippery road conditions. Gusty winds will down tree branches and cause isolated power outages.
