WHEN...Until early tomorrow afternoon. IMPACTS...At 9.0 feet, Flooding occurs along Flatrock River in southern Shelby County. Towns affected include Geneva and Flat Rock. ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:45 PM EST Wednesday the stage was 7.4 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 9:45 PM EST Wednesday was 10.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 7.6 feet late this evening.
