IMPACTS...Damaging winds can blow down trees limbs and power lines. Power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Light snow may fall across parts of northeast Kansas this afternoon. Snowfall in these winds can restrict visibilities to less than a mile. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
