WHERE...A portion of central California, including the following counties, Fresno and Madera. WHEN...Until 1000 AM PST. IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 623 AM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Peckinpah, Crane Valley Reservoir, North Fork, Bass Lake, Chilkoot Meadow, Poison Ridge, Nature Point, Minarets and Auberry. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
