WHERE...Portions of central, east central, north central, northeast, northwest, and west central Georgia. WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 2 AM EDT Tuesday. For the Freeze Warning, from 11 PM this evening to 10 AM EDT Tuesday. IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
