IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended. WIND...Southwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts of 35 to 45 mph. HUMIDITY...Relative humidity values falling around 20 to 25%. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
